Very nice Apartment in a good location to explore Cape Towns city centre and very nice Doorman. However it‘s extremely noisy at night due to the 4 lane street right below the apartment. Might want to bring earplugs for sleeping.

The flat is perfectly located to explore Cape Town's Waterfront. We stayed for 2 nights after arriving in South Africa and enjoyed it very much. Communication with Nick & Tanya is prompt and easy including perfect instructions on how to access the flat or park your car in case you have one. The doormen are very friendly and helpful. Perfect breakfast, coffee or snack (Jason Bakery) and Pizza (Mario's Italian Restaurant) are within 100m walking distance. All in all fully recommended for your stay in Cape Town.

If you’re from NYC/or another big city, this place is the spot for you- convenient parking, walkable, awesome food close by, and quiet!

Nick & Tanya's place is very well located and close to the V&A Waterfront. We had a rental car and it was super easy to park and very secure. Nick was very responsive and check-in was smooth. The location of the apartment is fantastic and its got lovely views. The apartment is super clean and very comfy. Would highly recommend this place.

Wir waren zwei Paare. Das Apartment hat eine herrliche Aussicht und ist sehr hell und freundlich. Durch die zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder gab es keine Konflikte unter den beiden Paaren. Wir haben die Zeit genossen. Rolf und Monika

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.
Den Strassenlärm konnte man sehr gut wahr nehmen, aber in der Nacht war es ruhig.
Sehr bequeme Betten!
Aber alles im Allem würden wir es wieder buchen und auch empfehlen.

This was an amazing stay. I came for my 24th birthday with my parents and friend. The view alone makes the place absolutely worth it. I loved the access to the wash room. I think unpacking after a trip is dreadful especially if you have a million clothes to wash. Having that as an amenity was great. I would say after about 10 minutes of being inside of the airbnb, we felt at home. One thing I really loved was the Apple TV box! Having stayed in many Airbnbs, it’s often not offered so this was nice. Everything was comfortable from the couches to the beds. Lastly, Nick & Tanya leaves a recommendation for a driver named Stuart. We utilized their recommendation and he was amazing. So if you’re contemplating on reaching out to him, he’s great! Nick & Tanya’s communication was great. We didn’t really have issues but prior to arrival and after departure they were always attentive. Hopefully when, not if, but when I come back to Cape Town, their place is available. 10/10 would stay again!

Awesome location

Great stay in Green Point! The Airbnb was easy to navigate, with a seamless check-in process. The location was incredibly convenient, close to everything. The space was clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated.

Neat accomodation.

The apartment is nice and clean. It appeared much larger on the site than in person, but it is a good size for two people. Luggage stayed downstairs. We arrived earlier than the 1400 hour check-in, and they seemed to be inflexible with early check-in. I received a message after asking for an early checkin: Check-in is at 1400. That said, we were able to check-in early. We had an issue with the WiFi, and they responded promptly and remedied the situation. One of the phone numbers listed for them is inoperable.

All-in-all a good experience. The convenience store right next to the apartment is very convenient. The cafe Bootleggers is an excellent breakfast spot and also extremely convenient.
