We really enjoyed to stay at this apartment! It’s been a wow factor when entered. Very bright, clean and well furniture. Enjoyed the small touches with the coffee pads and washing detergent. Washing machine and dryer has been a big plus as well as the safe parking spot.

The host has been very proactive and responsive as what you would wish for.

The AC unfortunately stopped working a few times but after a reset it started working again. Given that the AC is in the kitchen, the bedroom did not get as cool. There is a fan in the bedroom though.

We would love to come back!

Very special apartment given the Loft style with all equipment you would need. Beautiful view over the city and Table Mountain, as well as located super central with restaurants, shops etc. in walking distance. Very safe around there. Can heavily recomment this place when visiting Capetown 🙂

Super Wohnung im 13. Stock mit herrlicher Sicht auf Cape Town und täglichem Sonnenuntergang. Sehr stylisch eingerichtet. Ideal gelegen für alle Ausflüge rund um Cape Town und Weinregion sowie nach Langebaan zum Strandlopper.

The apartment was lovely, with all the amenities we needed and super clean! It’s a bit further from the waterfront than we’d prefer, but still very close—we just took Ubers to and from easily. The shower could use a little improvement, it wasnt powerful at all, but it got the job done. Also, the front door handle kept falling off, so that might need a quick fix. Overall, we had a great stay!

Super recomendo! Local limpo, móveis, utensílios de cozinha e roupa de cama novos, alem de estar ha 15 minutos do pier. A rua apresenta diversos tipos de restaurantes, sorveterias e supermercados próximos. Voltaria com certeza em outra oportunidade.

Great space-exactly as pictured-the loft space is amazing with the brick walls and high ceilings! Good location for bars and restaurants (although could imagine it could be noisy at the weekends as it was on the Friday night for us). Everything available at the apartment that you could possibly need (including adapters which we didn’t have). Easy check in & out, friendly security, and so good to have a parking space in town. Great communication from the hosts who let us know there was a possibility of load shedding (but no issues!). Would love to stay again in future, thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful place to be in. Comfortable bed and the views from this place are beautiful. Close almost to everything. I don't know how to put it in words but if you're to visit Cape Town , this accommodation is the one to book. I can't wait to visit again 🌼

Amazing loft space - great location for city life. Responsive and helpful hosts. Some challenges inevitable in Cape Town with power cuts but Nick was super helpful with instructions to reset the power. Doormen helpful, too. Recommended!

The apartment is clean, and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need for a self-catering stay.

The location is exactly where we wanted, perfect for attending events at the DHL Stadium, as it’s just a stone’s throw away and within comfortable walking distance. The V&A Waterfront is also nearby, making this an ideal base for Cape Town visitors looking to explore and enjoy activities.

Check-in was seamless with very clear instructions, and we felt very secure with the building’s on-site security and locked parking.

While there is some traffic noise due to the proximity to the street, it’s a small trade-off for being so centrally located. After all, we didn't visit Cape Town to stay in bed 😊

I’d highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Cape Town, it's clean, convenient, comfortable, and well-equipped!

We had a lovely stay in Nick and Tanya’s apartment. It was absolutely gorgeous and very central. We had a great time exploring the neighborhood on foot. There are loads of great restaurants, bars and cafes around. It was perfect for our 3 days in Cape Town and I could see it being great longer trips as well.

Nice place and great location. The building is a bit odd but always someone at the door and very central. The apartment is nice but during summer way too hot, even with the AC on.

Had a wonderful stay, Nick &Tanya place was close to everything and very clean. They responded to me whenever I reached out and even came up with a solution for my luggage after checkout . Would definitely book again.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in de Loft. Compleet en goed ingericht. Airco was in de nacht niet geheel toereikend daarom het raam geopend en dat geeft verkoeling maar ook geluidsoverlast. Heel goede centrale locatie. Prettig dat er altijd (zeer vriendelijke) bewaking aanwezig is en heel fijn dat de auto in de garage kan staan. Ik kan een verblijf hier zeker aanbevelen.

We had an amazing stay! The views from the property were absolutely breathtaking, and the beds were super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The apartment was spotless, and Grace, the housekeeper, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hosts were responsive and provided us with lots of helpful recommendations for things to do in the local area. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend staying here!

On the second day of the stay, I woke up in the morning with a stuffy nose and throat and realised that the blinds were very dusty. When I reported this to the owners, I got a response that was not what I expected. After explaining the situation with photos, someone came again for cleaning and the problem was solved.
The location is very good. We walked everywhere, we felt very safe. Restaurant options are very good. The house itself is a little worn and may need some minor repairs.
Overall we where happy with our choice

Nick and Tanya were fantastic hosts, very helpful with every issue or question we had. The garage as well as the separate laundry room are a huge plus! We definitely recommend staying here!

The apartment is gorgeous and very clean its hard to explain,you have to be there to see it.Its the perfect escape for families seeking luxury and tranquility by the sea. The ultimate best views of Table Mountain and Robben Island visible from every room. It's situated closer to V and A Waterfront, Blouberg and Cana lwalk Mall.The housekeeper Grace welcomed us with professionalism and respect. Tanya the owner was friendly, helpful and efficient in all our interaction. Thank you for the wonderful stay and we enjoyed every moment. Will definitely come back as it has become our home from home.

Das Apartment ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen! Toller Blick auf den Tafelberg, gute Gegend und zu Fuß kann man in die City und sogar zur Waterfront laufen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, alles ist sauber und das Gebäude ruhig und sicher.
