Winelands Light Railway, which first opened on 14 December 2019, is located on the R304 in Koelenhof, Stellenbosch. A train ride lasts approximately 7 minutes and takes you on a 760m journey within the train park. This picturesque journey can be enjoyed by the little ones and appreciated by the older folk. The park is specifically designed to create fun memories for parents and children by sharing an exclusive outdoor experience. Jump onboard one of the trains at Park Station and experience a locally designed and built miniature railway. Steam trains haul passengers between 11:00 and 15:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. When the steam trains are off duty, two electric engines, Dozer and Fritz, provide guests with the same unlimited amount of fun.
