Our apartment is comfortable and spacious with an open plan living room and kitchen. This apartment is all about the location – it’s easily in one of the best locations in Cape Town. Right opposite the V&A Waterfront, close to all the key attractions in the City, excellent Woolworths grocery store just down the road and plenty of good restaurants in the neighborhood, makes this apartment a very convenient base for exploring Cape Town. The apartment offers excellent value for money.

The kitchen is large and well-equipped – appliances include a fridge / freezer combo, microwave, oven & hob, washing machine & tumble dryer. There is a flat screen TV with Apple TV & Netflix! There is a brand new couch in the lounge, which is ideal for a child or teenager. There’s a slight view of the V&A Waterfront harbor from the comfortable dining nook.

The large, main bedroom has an extra length queen sized bed and there is a slight view of Table Mountain & Signal Hill from the bedroom window. There is a large bathroom with walk-in shower – The bedroom has block-out blinds and voil curtains.

Our apartment has a dedicated, secure parking bay (Underground.) There is 24-hour security at the building front desk.
